株式会社ノットワールド（以下「当社」といいます）は、当社が取り扱う全ての個人情報の保護について、本人の権利の保護、個人情報に関する法規制等を遵守します。
当社が提供するすべてのサービス(以下「当社サービス」と言います)を含む一切の事業においては、個人情報の保護に関する法律（以下「個人情報保護法」といいます。）その他関係法令を遵守するとともに、以下の通り個人情報保護方針を定め、その履行に努めてまいります。
第1条 定義
このプライバシーポリシーにおいて、個人情報とは生存する個人に関する情報であって、以下のいずれかに該当するものをいいます。
・当該情報に含まれる氏名、生年月日、国籍、住所、連絡先、その他の記述等｛文書、図画もしくは電磁的記録(電子的方式、磁気的方式そのほか人の知覚によって認識することができない方式により作られた記録をいう)に記載され、もしくは記録され、または音声、動作その他の方法を用いて表された一切の事項(個人識別符号を除く)をいう｝により、特定の個人を識別できるもの(他の情報と容易に照合でき、それにより特定の個人を識別できるものを含む)。
・個人識別符号が含まれるもの。
第2条 個人情報の利用目的
当社は、個人情報を以下の目的の範囲内のみで利用いたします。また、ご本人の同意がある場合及び個人情報保護法その他の個人情報に関する法令により認められる場合を除いては、この範囲を超えて個人情報を利用することはありません。
当社が取り扱う個人情報の利用目的は、下記の通りです。

・その他委託元から依頼を受けた業務遂行のため
※当社が受託業務を行うために預託を受けた情報については非開示とさせて頂きます。
第3条 個人情報の取得について
当社は、当社サービスの事業内容及び事業規模を考慮して、あらかじめ利用目的を定めて開示するなど適切に個人情報を取得するとともに、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内で収集し、取得時の利用目的を超えた個人情報の利用はいたしません。
また「個人情報の保護に関する法律」(平成15年法律第57号。以下「個人情報保護法」とします)や当社サービスの利用規約等に定める場合を除き、あらかじめ本人の同意を得ることなく、収集した個人情報を利用目的以外には使用せず、利用目的達成後には当該個人情報を遅滞なく消去するよう努めるものといたします。
第4条 個人情報の第三者提供について
当社は、本人があらかじめ同意した場合と、その他法令により認められる場合を除いては、個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。 当社が第三者との間で、合併、買収その他当社の事業の重要な一部又は全部を譲渡する場合は、事業の運営上必要となる個人情報を当該第三者に譲渡する場合がありますが、その場合も当社は本プライバシーポリシーに従って機密性が保持されるよう努めるものとします。
尚、本条文における「第三者」は、平成15年7月16日最終改正の個人情報の保護に関する法律の第二十三条四項に準ずるものとし、同項一号「個人情報取扱事業者が利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において個人データの取扱いの全部又は一部を委託する場合」は、上記の第三者に該当しません。
また、当社サービスにおいて適切・円滑なサービス提供のために必要となる場合は、ご本人の同意を得た上で、当該サービスの利用規約内個人情報保護方針に定められている範囲において第三者へ個人情報の提供をする場合があります。
第5条 個人情報の安全管理
当社は、個人情報の漏洩、滅失又は毀損の防止その他の安全管理のための措置を講じるとともに、当社の従業員に対する教育を行い、個人情報保護を徹底します。
第6条 外部サービスとの連携
当社サービスにおいては、本人の承諾を得た上で、第三者の運営する外部サービスのアカウントと接続・連携することができますが、外部サービスに提供した情報については、当社の管理下にあるものではなく、外部サービスの利用規約、プライバシーポリシーと当社の利用規約、プライバシーポリシーがそれぞれ別に適用されることにご注意ください。
第7条 統計情報の利用
当社は、個人を特定することができない形式のデータを収集し、これを統計情報として、より有益な情報やサービスを提供するのに役立てるため、及び当社のウェブサイト、サービスのどの部分が最も関心を持たれているかを理解するためなどに利用することがあります。統計データは、本プライバシーポリシーにおいて、個人情報ではないとみなされます。
第8条 Cookie（クッキー）及びその他の技術について

当社は、利用目的の通知及び個人情報の開示、内容の訂正、追加又は削除、利用停止又は消去、第三者への提供の停止について、下記の窓口にて受け付けております。ご本人からのお申出があった場合には、お申出頂いた方がご本人又はその代理人であることを確認のうえ、法令の定めに従い対応し、書面又はメールにて回答いたします。 なお、お申出が法令の定める要件を充たさない場合、又は、個人情報保護法その他の法令により、開示等を拒絶することが認められる事由がある場合には、お申出に添えないことがございます。 また、利用目的の通知及び保有する個人情報の開示に際しては、手数料（300円）を頂くことがありますので、あらかじめ御了承ください。

第11条 準拠法及び専属的合意管轄
本プライバシーポリシーの準拠法は日本法とし、本プライバシーポリシーに起因し又は関連する一切の紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
第12条 継続的改善
社会情勢の変化や情報技術の進歩等に対応し、また当社の経営環境を鑑み、継続的な改善に努めるものとし、必要に応じて本プライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。また、本プライバシーポリシーの変更に際しては必ずこのページに掲載いたします。

We at KNOTWORLD Co.,Ltd. (collectively, “KW”) understand the importance of Personal Information. We endeavor to protect Personal Information through our compliance with the Japan Act on the Protection of Personal Information and our Privacy Policy (collectively, “the Act”) as follows.

“Personal information” in this Privacy Policy means that information relating to a living individual which falls under any of each following item

Regarding Personal Information acquiring
We consider contents of our service and the size of business and disclose the purpose of use in advance to acquire Personal Information properly, and also, we collect Personal Information within a range necessary to attain the purpose of use.
We do not use Personal Information we collected without an agreement of the person except in the case determined by Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of 2003. Hereafter referred to as “Personal Information Protection Law”) or our terms of service, and the Personal Information will be deleted promptly after we attain the purpose of use.
Provision of Personal Information to a Third Party
We do not provide Personal Information to a third party without agreement of the person in advance or permission of laws and regulations.
We might provide necessary Personal Information for business operation to a third party in cases we merge with or purchase a third party or transfer an important part or all of our business operation to them. In those cases, we endeavor to preserve confidentiality, to follow this privacy policy.
Furthermore, the term “a third party” in this article conforms to paragraph (4) of Article 23 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (July 16, 2003), and does not correspond to “Cases in which a business operator handling personal information entrust the handling of personal data in whole or in part within the scope necessary for the achievement of the Purpose of Utilization” in item (i) of the same paragraph.
And also, we might provide Personal Information for a third party after the agreement with the person within a range determined in our Privacy Policy of our terms of service (Hereafter referred to as “TOS”) in case it is necessary to provide proper and smooth service.
Safety Management of Personal Information
At the same time that we take measures to avoid leakage, loss or damage of Personal Information and conduct other safety management, we educate our employees to protect Personal Information thoroughly.
Cooperation with External Service
Our service can link and cooperate with accounts of external service after the agreement of the person. However, please be aware that information we provided for external service providers is not under our management, and TOS and Privacy Policy of external service providers and our company will be applied separately.

Governing Law
